Last week I referenced Manager Tools Podcasts as reference for managers in all kinds of situations. One of the tough ones is how to help someone who reports directly to you improve their relationship skills. Often these are called the “soft skills” of management. Those things which are important, but are often not part of a specifically technical skill.
